After embracing this Super Blue Blood Super Moon by moving into a water fast. My body calls for high pranic foods.

It’s amazing how after a water fast the body is in a space of such pure that all it wants is fresh food.
Here is a delicious recipe for 2 days after fasting. (2 days due to the caffeine from the mushroom coffee)
Purple Mushroom Coffee Smoothie Bowl
- 1 dragon fruit
- 1 sachet Mushroom Coffee (I used the chaga)
- Big handful baby spinach
- 2 frozen bananas
- Handful blueberries
- Vanilla essence
Blend together half of dragon fruit (peeled or scooped out of skin), 1 banana, spinach, coffee, half of blueberries, vanilla essence and cinnamon to taste.
Pour smoothie into bowl. Cut the remaining dragonfruit and banana to decorate with blueberries.
Sprinkle turmeric and cinnamon !
