No Dough Veggie Pizza
-1 whole wheat wrap
-1 cup grated cheese of choice (can even substitute for vegan)
-1 portobello mushroom
-4 big sundries tomatoes
-1 cup rinsed kale leaves
-Italian tomato paste
-dried chilli flakes
Preheat oven to 180 then get going on the pitz.
Spread desired amount of paste on wrap then place some toppings evenly. Then decide if you want crispy of soft kale leaves. If the choice is crispy, add before cheese, if not, add on top.
Grate cheese and sprinkle evenly too.
Add on the rest of toppings before sprinkling oregano, chilli lakes and basil.
Put in the oven on grill for 10minutes.
Be sure to watch as all ovens are different.
Finish off with a drizzle of olive oil, pink salt and pepper.
