Vegan High Protein Oats

I like to call this my before brekkie breakfast. If you wake up at 4:30 every day, I’m sure you know what I mean? It’s too early to have a big meal and you need a little sustenance before working out.

These vegan high protein oats are just a few bites and pack 11grams of protein. Plus with the turmeric, your body will thank you for the anti-inflammatory goodness. 
Remember to activate your turmeric with a little grind of pepper!

Vegan High Protein Oats

  • 2 tbs Oats
  • 1 tbs chai seeds
  • 1 tbs hemp seeds
  • 1 tbs peanut butter
  • Half tsp turmeric
  • Half cup hot water
  • Sprinkle cinnamon

-optional coconut sugar to taste
